🌸 Vendor Hall Applications for HaruhiCon 2 are OPEN until Wednesday September 30th 🌸
The Vendor Hall is our attendees' opportunity to shop 'til they drop and grab the latest merch, manga, figures, prints, handcrafts and all sorts of goodies.
Vendor applications are welcomed whether you're a big name brand or whipping up adorable fleece hats in your garage. Registering for the Vendor Hall includes a full weekend HaruhiCon registration that gives you access to the whole convention, including access to the Vendor Hall during set up and a pitch with optional 5ft table. If you have a special installation or booth set-up you'd like to bring, just let us know and we'll work with you to deliver a custom option.
The HaruhiCon Vendor Hall is open on Saturday and Sunday, with setup on Friday. If you are accepted, you will also receive the booking code for discounted rooms at the Hilton.
Pitches can be upgraded with extra tables, backing tables, walk-up spaces or cornered tables. All vendors can register one extra vendor/friend/helper/assorted dogsbody per table for 85% of the convention rate. If you require a carer pass, please note this on your application.
