FAQs: Vendor Hall

How do I apply to be a vendor?

When registration for vendor tables is open head here

We'll get back to you once we've processed applications to let you know if you've been accepted. Those not accepted will be placed on a reserve/waiting list.

When is the vendor hall open? When can we set up?

Vendor setup is available on Friday of HaruhiCon, starting from 1pm and running until you're finished. Trading days are Saturday (10am-5pm) and Sunday (10am-4pm), with a prompt breakdown on the Sunday evening. Our team of HaruhiCon gophers will be available to help with unloading and loading of stock.

Do I have to register for HaruhiCon before applying for a table?

No, you don't need to have already registered for HaruhiCon in order to apply for a table. All exhibitor pitches include a standard registration in addition to your Vendor badge, so you can enjoy all the convention events! If you already bought a standard registration and then got accepted as a vendor, we can apply the value of your registration towards your table fees.

What's a corner table? Or a corner booth?

Corner table: when you choose this add-on, you'll get 2 tables arranged in an 'L' shape around a corner. Backing tables can not be added to a corner table booking.

Corner booth: when you choose this add-on, you'll get additional space to the side of your pitch which will allow customers to walk up and access rear shelving, clothesrails, or any kind of custom display! With this option, your exhibitor space becomes a small booth. You can add backing tables to a corner booth booking.

Standard table pitches can use clothes rails in their rear space for stock storage purposes, but if you want a clothesrail at the side of your table we highly recommend getting the booth add-on, as otherwise we can't guarantee the space will be available.

I've lost my copy of the Terms and Conditions, but I need to check something.

No worries! You can find them here. There's lots of important info in the T&Cs about PLI, what you can sell, our refund policy, and more, so please do have a read through. You can also contact us if you have any questions.

How do I pick up my vendor badge when I arrive?

A detailed answer to this question (and many more!) will be included in the Vendor Handbook when it's sent out closer to the event. Don't worry - our helpful gophers and committee members will be available around the venue to help guide you.
